Yes, absolutely. In order to protect our clients and workers we hold the highest liability insurance available in the industry.
A permit may be required if any changes to the framing, mechanical, plumbing or electric. Permit codes vary by city so check with your local building department or give us a call (888) 500-3551.
Bay Builders will fill out the permit application and obtain the permit on your behalf.
The permit is essentially the owner’s certification of authorized alterations to an existing structure, a receipt from the city if you will. Therefore permit fees are considered an additional cost and will not be included on the written proposal.
Our in house design team will provide a 3D design for your project. Larger projects that require structural engineering may incur an additional cost (cost varies based on scope).
Yes, of course! We will provide you with a list of references tailored to your neighborhood and schedule a consultation.
We will schedule a free consultation for a licensed project manager to meet with you at the proposed job site to discuss the scope in detail. If needed we will provide a 3D design for a fee that will be credited toward your project should you accept our proposal. By paying this fee you become the sole owner of the 3D design and can shop the design around to any company you so choose.
